mmmm... caramel creme yogurt

I got a whole bunch o' yogurt the other day, custard style (as dessert) right now Im having Caramel Creme and later I will have Key lime... Yum

Flan is food straight from heaven.  Especially Parisian flan.   At this little patisserie in the Latin Quarter, right around the corner from the Place de Saint Michel...mmmm...

I hear the best flan is in Barcelona.

The best I've had was in a restraunt in Maia, a suburb of Porto. Though I had some good flan in Lisbon too.

Flan is all about texture and moisture. It needs to be smooth, and not too wet and not too dry. During my time in Iberia, I had a lot of flan, some good and some bad. But good flan is something everyone should get to try.

More custardy and less runny is best when it comes to flan...
