I'm happy that my mom is in town and she feeds me.

I'm also happy because MsFish and Oldielocks gave me a Seon that's big and happy and yellow.

I'm happy because MsFish just gave me a tutorial on how to upload my avatar (which is a girly Chimera from The Order of the Stick). Yea!  :D

I'm happy because I got everything I wanted for my birthday!

(of course I pointed at things and said to Ookla, "You should get me that for my birthday" and he was sweet enough to comply, but htat makes me happy too.)

That's still reason to be happy, because I did the same thing before my birthday and did not get what I wanted.

I'm happy because I won the "Biggest Loser" challenge my in-laws were running. I'm a hundred dollars and several gift cards richer! yay!

I am interested in the nature of this contest. Please expand. What exactly did you have to do to win the title of the "Biggest Loser"? Who were the other contenders? How did you defeat them?

I can see why money would make you happy (since I am experiencing a severe lack of it myself). But the title could take a toll on your self-esteem, depending on how it was acquired.  It seems this is the sort of thing that could go on both the happy and grumpy lists. :)

I think it's based on the TV show, "The Biggest Loser." It's a contest about who can lose the most weight.

I lost 14 pounds in 2 months. My in-laws are weak and slackers when it comes to losing weight.

That's great, e! I need to get back on the losing bandwagon myself. I've been without my bike for a month and really feeling the effects.

That is awesome, e! Congrats!!

I was thinking it was something along the lines of the person who was the lamest one. You know, the person with the crappiest job, the least amount of friends, the worst haircut, etc. THAT'S the reason I couldn't see why you would put it on the happy list.  :)

well, I *do* have a bad haircut. But I like to think my job is ok, and that you guys are my friends.

Maybe I shouldn't press that last one too much, eh  ;)
