I'm happy because it rained.
I'm happy because I like this song.
I'm happy because a friend bought me jelly snakes, 'just because'.
I'm happy because I just went out and kicked a soccer ball around for 20 minutes and it made me feel awesome.
Just for a few minutes, I really am happy.
It's nice to know it can happen. Now I've somehow gotta learn to sustain it.

I'm happy because in less than 16 hours I'll see the words "A long time ago, in a Galaxy Far, Far, away..." on a big screen

All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

I'm happy because George Galloway just got reamed by a senate hearing.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

I'm happy because we got tickets to go tonight too.  Though I'm sure I'll be grumpy from lack of sleep, come tomorrow.

I'm happy because someone staying at the hotel paid me $15 to type out her daughters school report that was just over a page long.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

I'm happy because I got to see Ep3 without:

A) Waiting in line to get tickets
B) Waiting in line to get into the theater
C) Having to worry about getting bad seats.

The showing didn't even sell out.  I remember back to EP1.  I saw it in the evening, after waiting in line for several hours to get into the theater (during which Ookla alienated one of my non-geek friends by trying to teach him Mao the card game.)  The next day, I found out that most matinees hadn't even sold out.

I'm happy because I just happened to wake up from our nap at 11:36 (we forgot to set alarms), barely enough time to throw our costumes on (Tarkin and battlewear Amidala) and race to the theater, and that the guy who had the tickets was still outside when we got there.

And I'm happy that I'm not dead tired now.

I'm happy that i got to see it twice yesterday.
I'm happy that waiting in line for hours is under-rated. It was a lot of fun to meet new people and hang with like-minded people.
I"m happy despite the fact that after two showings I have had insufficient rest, eaten too much junk food, and will probably collapse from exhaustion or a headache in the next few hours.

I happy that I got to meet some cool people waiting in line too, and that I got great seats next to some cool people.

I'm happy that Lucas made up for eps 1 and 2.

I'm happy that Empire Strikes back is no longer the greatest Star Wars film.

I'm happy because I knew about 2/3 of the people when I went, and it was lovely and geek. We also had a good time before and after involving incidents with a shopping trolley, and some ninja jokes, and the rain.

I'm also happy because that night my bf gave me my birthday present (for monday) and it was brilliant.

I'm happy that, even if I can't go outside without sunscreen and a hat today, that I have the day off, ceiling fans in three rooms and a high speed internet connection, so that staying indoors is pleasant.
