Human flesh can be eaten with false teeth, so the dental plan might not be quite what you think.

Why do the undead have the worst homecity?

Do employers unfairly discriminate against workers based on their "living" status?

Do the undead actually choose to work late nights, or is it something forced on them?

30. Should undead vulnerabilities be legally classified as handicaps, so that public buildings and businesses must make accomidations for them? (Ie necroglass for vampires).

31. Should provisions in parental laws require undead to be responsible for their spawn?

In an effort to post my legal career, I am willing to represent all undead who have suffered from unfair discrimination. However, being that "living" status in not currently a "suspect" or "quasi-suspect" class of discrimination, I make no warranties about legal success. In fact, actually suing on a theory of discrimination against the undead would be ill-advised.

P.S. I'll send 42 an invoice for this great legal advice.

Legal question that I can't figure out.

Do the undead have heirs?

For that matter, can property they owned when they were were alived be repossed after somebody inherited it, like a revision following becoming undead as a condition subsequent?

This I believe comes down to the terms of the contract.  If person X got your stuff upon your death, then being undead shouldn't affect it too much.  There are ghost stories of people coming back from the dead, and then their spouse couldn't collect the death insurance.  But again I think that would come down to the exact wording of the contract.  Very many of these cases and no doubt they would push some new laws through congress on how to handle such things and death insurance and the case of undeath, resurrection, etc.

I think this would also be the case for undead spawn.  Even if you got a judge to rule that undead spawn is the same as your child, unless you made an underage spawn, they would already be of legal age and you wouldn't need to take care of them.  But this does seem a bit unfair to the newbies who need a head-up into undead society.  So do you go by their age since birth, or age since death?  Quite the legal headache, which is why we do these surveys from time to time.

I had a dream that I was dating a vampire but I told him it wouldn't work out because I wanted to have children.

That poses some questions for the "real" world (verses my very random, illogical dream world  :)):

Do the undead reproduce?
Can they reproduce with someone living?
Should the undead be restricted to only marrying other undead?
