I had toyed with the idea of getting a diplomacy game organized online, as it proved fruitless to try and get a live session to work.  It could be easily done here, with messages being sent through email or the private message function of the board.  Resource boards and an updated game board could be hosted here, or at thelemur, or even on my wife's portion of the BYU public hard drive (that's where my icon's staying.)  And all things public could be carried out over threads.  What think ye?

I actualy have several ideas on how to conduct trade and some diplomacy with this game.  I'm actualy working on a GUI for it.
