just a FYI, the server updates the info at 5 am MST, and if you're on the 2 issues a day then 5pm is the other time.  Of course everyone tries to check their stuff at these times so the server is realy slow.

I think there are a few Java applications that can do diplomacy if you have a map, Kijja posted them for his diplomacy review... we could set up a mini network and run it that way... if someone had the time, knowhow and inclination that is.

I don't get what it is you're exactly pushing Jeffe. Is it some sort of program where we can do diplomatic dealings in real time? Or are you speaking of something risk-esque in fashion?
