William Shatner found his wife drowned in their pool.
He called 911, Pulled the body out of the water and attempted to revive her with CPR.
She was a recovering alcoholic and an autopsy found alcohol in her system after her death.

It's really a tragic story and kind of sad that people choose to use it for some petty sci-fi rivalry.

Dargo: Now I can speak only truth, and that comes in good news and bad news.
Chriton: Ok, give me the bad news first.
Dargo: Your married, and you will have to endure for 80 cycles as a statue
Chriton: whats the good news?
Dargo: Chiana and I are having Fantastic sex

It fluctuates...

School is definately one place where girls and guys should not be wearing sexually charged clothing. I went to catholic school and I know... every single girl in my school wore her skirt way too high... thats why my wife is my wife now. I saw her first in high school...  ;)

the skirt thing made being in school difficult. Pretty soon your focusing on it rather than your work.

Same school, same reaction,  However,  in a bizzar sequence of events,  My attraction to a particular vixen-like brunette actress, (Who I first noticed due to the hang of her skirt) Began an extended sequence of events that led to me meeting my wife..... YEARS LATER

But I wonder if I would not have been more focused on my school work, if there was less feminin flirtation to focus on......
(in those years I was refered to by many as "the youngest dirty old man".... I was a letch)

Installing a BSOD Screensaver on my Boss' machine and discovering later that he formatted his machine as he thought he had a fubar system

Remaping the people I dont like to Printers on the other side of the building

Enforcing Strict mailbox sizes while I still have 100GB Data free on the Mailserver

Sneaking a Wireless dorbell into the drop ceiling over the VP's Desk, then pressing the button in my pocket durring meetings and pretending I dont hear anything

It is better to be evil in a video game and get it out of your system (hence why I love the GTA series so much) than to do it in real life.

I am a sysadmin.  Evil deeds are my buisness...

All reasons why I am changing Jobs and location.  Working from home with SOME Office time in Glens Falls NY will be much more sane than attempting to buy in the DC area

Actualy that 1" thing had a point.
I have always had issues with slippage and traction MORE when driving in light snow than the deep stuff.

Deep Snow has a way of keeping your wheels straight...

I know it's not cool to reply to one self.

But on topic,
THIS is what I would call a Homicide bomber...

Just call it an outlet for the pure agression bottled up inside and let fly....
Then again I have a problem where I cant even play an evil role in an RPG.  I have never seen the Dark Side of KOTOR cause I Can't bring myself to be "dark"
When an NPC asks for help... I feel compelled to give it...
I blame my Father for shoving Arthur (the King, not the Ardvark) down my throat throughout my childhood.

Yet with GTA, I seem able to let loose and run down pedestrians while laughing maniacaly..... I really wonder why....

I would LOVE to have a job as a Weatherman
Can you imagine
A Job with 0 accountability AT ALL!

Predict 8" we get >1"
Predict 1" and we get 12"

And they STILL are the same weather teams at each station

I have missed a few pages on this.  I am glad that it has stuck to the core topic idea.

"Hommicide Bomber" as a term, is opinionated,  When I choose to use the term Hommicide Bomber (and I do use it often) I am expressing the fact that I have lost all sympathy for the cause that has employed such tactic.   It is an emotional responce.

When I intend to state something as a matter of historical fact, I use the term "Suicide Bomber" as that is the proper neutral term (IMAO*)

However,  Think of this, sometimes the "bomber" could also be considered a "victim"  When some *Explative deleted* Straps a bomb to an 11 year old Girl and sends her into a crowd,  I am not about to lay blame on that poor child who is frightened, and unable to comprehend the results of that action.
In these cases its not really "suicide" because the child doesnt make a free informed choice to die.  In these cases I think the term "Hommicde Bomber" is more technicaly accurate.  However the use of "Bomb-Belts" is so frequent that the distinction between the 2 would be too overbearing... So...  When reported in news, it should be "Suicide Bomber"
When addressed in an editorial context, "Hommicide Bomber"

I cannot think of a single MMO that launched without Massive issues
With every one comes the "Chicken Little" phase,  The Petitions on the boards, the letters to the BBB (worthless IMAO*) the threats to Sue

Nothing ever comes of it

I saw it in Everquest, Asheron's Call, Planetside, Galaxies, and now, WoW.

It is part of the experience, A bad part, but one I have come to expect
