IMO, Jabba looks much better this time round. Still not as good as his Exalted Puppet-ness but at least now he doesn't look like he's on a cocaine weight loss plan.

VH1 had a series of "I Love the 80s" shows waxing nostalgic with celebs about the pop culutre of the 80s. They did a bit on He-Man and definately made it slant so that you could only get the impression he was batting for the other team...or maybe catching but that's a whole 'nother thread.

Another good site is skeleton key games. Can't check the actual URL since I'm at work (curse you firewall!)
They deal more with map tiles and fold-up figures.

www.drivethrurpg.com carries some of their stuff too. And they always have something for free every week to download.

'round these parts it's: the higher up you go, the more you make, the less work you do.
And I know lots of people will say it's that way everywhere but it's too true here.

Yeah they really did an amazing job cleaning up the prints. It's like it's brand spankin new again. Of course in some cases, this is true...

yeah I did that for like 20 minutes and no one would come to get him. I even tried getting one of the Lt. flunkies to do it but no one would tak ethe guy out of his cell...so I just let him go and killed him.

Somehow I don't think that will fly on my PC...maybe after I finish the Rebellion era.

if someone designs a game where you can just put makeup on people the whole time, they'd have her hooked
Have her check out the image designer profession in Star Wars Galaxies ;) And she could also be a tailor to help with the complete look.

I think Disney being more PC is a sign of the times more than who is at the helm. But that's a whole nother thread...

Don't know if there were an cut parts, we were just theorizing why they didn't scramble some planes when the wing-flappers attacked the base.
And for other movies, I'd recommend Disney's Rocketeer, which is IMO the best recent "pulp era" type movie. The Shadow & The Phantom weren't all bad either.

Rodians? I haven't come across any yet and have gotten to Hoth in single player. Also I haven't seen any difference between stormies and their rebel counterparts.

Unless of course you're playing the version based on the new DVDs?

I tried the demo of this and wasn't overly impressed with the gameplay. Let me say that RTS games are usually not my bag (baby). At one part in the mission I had to interrogate a prisoner. I had everything built I needed but couldn't get any of my lackeys to take the guy out of his cell and go the 10' to the torture chair.
I did like the graphics and the whole vibe of the game though. I thought it was hilarious that you have to build freezers to store the dead bodies in.

Capt. Blaze has joined a supergroup called [link=www.monkehs.com]The Monkehs[/link]. (no ninjas though)
The nifty thing is they all use Teamspeak in game. If you don't know, it's a program that lets you talk online in realtime. It makes it so much easier when planning tactics! And it's a plus to have a group to hang out with most of the time. I enjoy soloing at times but when I want to group I usually get stuck with people who think a bigger group is better which leads to overconfidence and much dying on their part.
