I think a lot of my issues stem from being one of the few converts for my ward,... they killed me with kindness and then killed me with attention all the time. (not in a good way) Everyone got into every aspect of my buisness... and since I was working for members and they made me work on sunday I even stopped being able to go to church as much...

Yeah, I sort of had that problem (the being in your buisness thing) with some people in my ward right after I joined.  (My best friend's mother, no less.)

But then I went away to college and people started looking at me incredulously and saying, "You're a convert, I never would have guessed" so it didn't affect me much after that.
