Or if it can be solved with violence, you can always just give me a call. ;D

Its probably something the other person should mind their own buisness about too.

Ohhh that makes me mildly angry.

Yeah, I know.  We're coming up on February, and there hasn't been a February where I didn't have an episode in many many years.  But this time is different, I think, because I've learned alot about how to handle it in the last several months.  It starts with being okay with feeling the way I do, not beating myself up, and then finding people to talk to who like me for me, because then I start to adopt their image of me when my image of me gets all distorted.

If that makes any sense.

That's the third offer I've had for that today.  I'll put you on standby.

I was just musing that someone probably decided that they can run your life better than you, and that makes me a little angry...

And as peopel with A.D.D.(like me) are prone to bouts of depression (clinical) I completely understand...

But at the same time, I think I've learned more from fighting with depression from all other facets of my life combined.  So, while I wouldn't choose to fight it all again, in the end I wouldn't trade it either.

That's the darn truth.  That's why I'm so grateful for my support system.  Which now includes you all, I think.   :)

of course it includes us... we are an electronic family of sorts...

complete with virtual disfunction.

If the gold pieces were those gold coin chocolates... they could apply.
