Peter will be glad to see someone pimping toriyamaworld.com.

Seriously, though, did anyone here graduate Magna Cum Laude? I mean, we're all nerds, but I'd be surprised if we're that nerdy.

I think we're all too lazy to have worked hard enough to graduate Magna Cum Laude.

No, it's a typo, see. he doesn't mean MAGNA, he means MAGMA, like the molten rock stuff when Volcanos blow.

I guess I'm nerdy, then. ;) Because I did, in fact, graduate Magna Cum Laude.

I'm not so thrilled to see someone pimping toriyamaworld.com who can't even spell Manga right...

You even pronounce it "magna," don't you?

However, I'm glad you buy the graphic novels instead of just download. Got any TOKYOPOP ones with my name in them? >_>;;;

...it's kinda funny that I've really only bought Japanese manga...all the English ones I have were free.

All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

I'm with Ookla, I only buy Japanese ones.  Though to be honest I don't have many not have I bought many.  Manga, like so many things, are very hit and miss so I prefer to read them before buying them.

Though I would like to eventual finish my Kenshin collection.  Those comics are fun to read since they use classical Japanese in many coversations.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

Maybe you're old account got put on temporary hold because of your refusal to read the forum guidelines. In addition to frowning on netspeak, we specifically prohibit profanity.

The sad thing is, I can't even demote him, since he's still only level 1.

No, but you can delete his account entirely, and give him a new "forum rulebreaker" level template.

Well I wouldn't have to delete the account to do that. But making those templates is too much work.
