Kill Bill or Not Enough Bill?
« on: October 11, 2003, 01:55:05 AM »
****Hintable Spoilers****

Aside from the completely unobvious, I've never seen a Quentine Tarantino film. Today I have seen one. "Kill Bill." What is there to say exactly other than.... nothing. I'll give him this though. I now have a new stereotype for japanese people. When a limb is cut off, they will squirt an insurmountable amount of blood in the direction said limb should go.

For a different direction, I move to ticket prices. I dislike going to the movies at night, since they charge $8.00 for admission. I believe its $6.00 for an early matinee show. My ramblings and insensitivites have run out since my brain and I are becoming tired of thinking. Now I go! To play Tron 2.0!

It sounds like the movie had an interesting premise, but was prematurely murdered when they cast Uma Thurman.

Which is funny because the movies premise is that she was prematurely murdered, or at least left for dead. I am intrigued to see Uma and Lucy Lieu become human meat grinders.

Well Uma is a lot hotter than Nicole Kidman, I'll tell ya what. And she's really tall, which I find flattering in a kinky sort of way.

Does it matter, she's a one woman killing machine in this one, Ebert and Roper stoped counting the bodies at 88, and there was a lot more carnage after!

yeah, it matters. No matter how many people she kills on screen, Rosie O'Donnell will NEVER be sexy.

Alright, you've just compared oranges to trees. You just can't do that SE. Its in the Guy's Maiden Handbook of Superficial Comparisons. Make sure to remember next time.

heh, wait till EUOL gets here to explain to you that you CAN compare oranges to apples.

And I did no such thing anyway. Uma is a mostly unattractive female movie star. Rosie is a completely unattractive female movie star. the only difference is one of degree. I was using exaggeration to make my point.

Wait a minute. Are you saying that a girl's hottness is partially detirmined by how many people she's killed?

No, I'm not trying to imply that women don't judge a man's hottness on how bloody/sweaty he is. I'm just asking.

well, *I* for one, am claiming it isn't determined by that. At least, not enough for having "run over by a truck" face

But she gives the same range of emotions in her performances that Kenau Reeves does. Doesn't that bother anyone else?

no, not really, If I had wanted Shakespeare I would just use my season tickets to the Folger.

Figuratively speaking.

And yeah, a gal who can kick but is sexy, in a weird not quite S&M kind of way. I dont think Uma is particularly unattractive either, more like plain, now George Plimptons Daughter she's UGLY, and the less said about madonna the better, but Uma's cute.

Now Kate Hudson or Goldie Hawn /me makes sound of a lion roaring
