One of the planets being fought on is called Fellucia.
But I'm sure that's just an odd coincidence...

While everyone's got their branding irons/torches out: I'm going to the charity screening tomorrow night  ;D

"So what is the buzz, what's on the DVD?"
For those that don't know, the Ep3 soundtrack comes with a bonus DVD. It's music videos featuring clips from all 6 movies. Fairly spoiler-free, nothing that will ruin the movie for you and IIRC, only 1 track has Ep3 footage in it and that piece has been all over already (A Hero Falls).
They did a fanatastic job with it, showing off the films as one story. My favorite is the last one, showing Luke burning Vader's body with flashbacks to 9 year old Anakin.

Saw a bit of it at C3, but they were only showing off the Vs mode which looked pretty sweet.
I'm playing the GBA version but haven't gotten too far yet.

2 new TV spots online:

Seduction

To Protect You

That music video that was posted is part of the bonus DVD that comes with the soundtrack. I'd recommend getting it for the DVD alone. It's a great piece of work showing off the entire saga.

They mentioned the possibiliy of it focusing on a minor character from Ep2 & 3.
But for you spoiler-free (ep3) folk I won't say who.

I'm very curious to see how they bring Casino into the 00's. And yay for Pierce!

I think that's the only thing I didn't overhear at C3.

If Revenge gives me only that, it'll still be better than nothing.

You'll be getting it in spades, trust me ;)
Got to see close to 10 minutes of "new" footage last week and was holding my breath almost the whole time.

Where did you hear about Kevin Smith being involved? Lucas is directing the show for the first year.

Wow, that AT-AT is something I wouldn't mind owning even though I don't collect/play minis. It's just nice.

Caught a sneak peek at the LucasArts booth at C3 last week. Looks pretty good.
You can even sprint now! Wooo!
The map they showed for the demo was the Tantive IV (for you non-geeks, that's Leia's ship in the original Star Wars).
They said Jedi are something you have to earn the right to play in MP maps. Should you start sabering your buddies, you'll lose the right and have to earn it again.
The story mode will encompass Episodes 2 through 6 and focus on the clones and their evolution.
They also mentioned new vehicles (in addition to spacecraft) but didn't say what was coming.

Just out of curiousity, where did you see the signs? Mix 98.5 was there so I assume they had a hand in it even though I never heard them promote the event.

I'm an avid fan of the show. The cast was in town last week doing autographs at a local mall. Unfortunately I didn't find out about it til about 8 hours before hand.
I was able to head over on my lunch hour but only had about 10 minutes to spare before having to leave so I didn't get to stand in line with all the teeny-boppers and wait for autographs :(
Kristen is starring in a musical production of Reefer Madness airing Sat night on Showtime. She's one actress I'd like to see go places, she's very good.

Fell, if you get any Attacktix you may want to get the tykes some safety goggles. Those launcher figs pack a punch  ;)
I don't know what it is about the figures but I think I'm getting addicted to them.

Like those times when you go into the basement (or other dark place in the house) and just before you flick the light switch, you have a mental image of something lurking in the dark, just waiting for you to turn the light on before it pounces on you?
This was why I thought The Blair Witch Project was brilliant. It's not so scary while you're watching it...but the next time you're out in the woods at night, you'll remember it. Kinda like Jaws and swimming.
