This is mainly for people who might want to talk to me within the next week or so (crazy I know). My mom is getting married on Friday and her fiancee is coming out  tomorrow or the next day, so yeah; and so I'm pretty much out for at least  a week. Normally I would only mention this after it happened, but eh, weird stuff happens. Anyway, that's pretty much all.

Is she getting married in Massachusetts? (Since that kind of marriage would be illegal in most other states.) Or somewhere outside of the U.S.?

It took me a while, but are you playing on the words "coming out"? Was totally confused for a minute there.

hehehe.

Oh, hey, that reminds me... I've got to vote tonight! We're voting for Governor and such. It'll be very interesting to see who wins. If we get another Republican Govenor that would make two in a row in a state that's verrry Democratic. Hmm.

Well, I hope the line moves quickly. Guess I'll bring my copyediting book to peruse just in case. :P

Oh, and congrats to your mom, Fastor. What do you think of the guy she's marrying? I hope you two mesh well.

Probably also the fact that FMP used fiancee (girl fiancee, versus boy fiance--of course with accents, but I'm too lazy to figure out how to add them). When you combine the two, it's pretty funny.

Erk. I didn't even notice the "coming out"'s potential. Just the double e.

It was meant only as a snarky anal editor comment.

You know Ookla, it's a good thing that I'm not one of those people who is easily offended, or else that might have caused some major resentment. Don't you feel lucky? ;)

Thanks.

I think he's a pretty cool guy, but I'm not unrealistic in knowing that there's going to be growing pains somewhere along the line. For instance his habit of quizzing you on how your going to do something if you mention you want to is kinda annoying.

Yes, but I'm hiding behind tah enternats!! And also, getting offended at a remark like that is not Politically Correct!!

(No really, I should have avoided the temptation, but it was just too tempting. I am weak. I could say I wouldn't have done that in person, but of course I wouldn't have, since you can't have spelling mistakes in speech.)

Says you! I've heard plenty of people who had spelling errors in their speach.

But wait, guys. What if, in some dimension, our spoken words *did* appear in the air when we spoke, eh? You could totally "listen in" on folks and make fun of people who can't spell. Oh, and maybe we each have this visual spell checker or grammar checker we can flip on and off. So all these annoying little lines appear under things when we *want* to use particularly bad syntax. You know, an optical confusion trick like the zebras use. Yeah.

What a pessimist you are, Wook-E. I mean, are zebras boring? No. You have insulted nature, I tell you!
