Man.  Anyone in Utah (ie Provo/Orem) know where I can get Thai ingredients?

I'm moving up there, and I'm going to need to stock my pantry.  I tend to cook about 50% Thai, 15% Mexican, 15% French (when I can afford it), and 20% Mormon & other.

I haven't had anything tasty in a few days, for the most part.  Food poisoning took it right out of me.

There's an Asian Market near the hospital, on 500 West just off of Bulldog. We went there to get Korean ramen, and I saw that they had Indian ingredients. They probably have Thai too.

That place is called Many Lands, and it's pretty good. I haven't looked for Thai there, but I wouldn't be surprised.

That might have some stuff, but a Thai-specific store is almost a must.  It's next to impossible to find Kaffir Lime Leaves anywhere else.

Many Lands is really something else.  I have a homebrew Mafe recipe that calls for something called "Fish Spices" that are brownish in color, but no one really knows what's in it.  And what did I find at Many Lands?  A jar of brownish spice called Fish Spices with little to no actual explanation of what it was.  And the recipe comes out perfectly.
