I saw that article earlier and meant to post it, I just wasn't sure where.

Sure it violates the free-agency of mankind, but it could be so useful. I just need to make sure I get control first.

I can see value in being able to control human beings. Prisons and courts could use such devises to increase inmate security. Court could also use them as an alternative form of punishment. They could have put one of those headsets on Martha Stewart.

In addition, it could keep my kids from messing up the apartment every 5 minutes.

I have to agree with the conclusion of the author of the article--this makes me uncomfortable. Any type of "mind control" object seems to me to be just begging for trouble. Have we not read all the science fiction on this?
