Alright. Let me quickly paraphrase and then insert a quote to keep with the theme of this thread.

A) This is I you're speaking to. I guess no one ever actually warned you of such things. (Maybe that should be in the FAQ as well, eh?)

B) I had been up for more than 24 hours at that time, had been sobering up, and just ran in from being poured on by God's .12 gauge rain shotgun that he happened to aim at buffalo.

C) <Sophie> incidentally, I'd like to apologize for any sort of IC hostilities and such; being a sweet innocent carefree little vampire makes Sophie a bit competitive, frustrated, and hostile sometimes. :P

In my attempts to keep a good relationship with my husband, I've had to learn to stop doing things like this. It's a behavior that can be unlearned--but it's hard, since it seems to be a natural female behavior. I don't really know why we do it.

The intership itself is going great. (Oh, and it's with the Friend, not the New Era.) I absolutely adore it! It is wonderful because I get to do lots of different things, and I am writing a ton, and I get to edit as well. They really let their interns do a lot, and it's just fabulous. They also seem to really like my work, which makes me feel happy and useful. Sometimes I can't even *believe* how much I love my job.

I may rant more about how much I love it (Can ranting be positive? I don't know), but I'll do that in a different section if I do. Like Rants!  ;)
