Well, pet psychics are simply fraudulent, as nobody can actually get into the mind of an animal.  All they have to do is pretend to care and be really nice to the animal until it behaves better...

As for the animals psycological disorders, I don't think a fear, or even a phobia, could be considered a mental disorder unless it is completely unhandleable, like that guy that locked himself in his mothers bathroom for 9 months to stay clean.  So a mental trauma a dog would have causes a fear in, say, people.  The dog had a bad experience and is now scared.  That's no different than if you had been stung by a jellyfish and now refuse to swim in the ocean.

Well, animals don't usually bring up dead topics. So, I'd say only mammals do that.
