Whos face is it that Kaladin sees when he's out in the storm? Is it the stormfather or someone else?

I think it is Jenzien as he is the stormfather. He probably holds a splinter of the Almighty which allows him to manipulate storms.

My theory is that somehow the highstorms, the face in the storms and anything else to do the storms is tied closely with the place beyond the seas were the storms come from. Notice that the highstorms always travel in the same direction and orginate from the same place (somewhere to the NE?)

His name is Jezrien, actually. The later variations on his name are the result of 4000 years of distortion.
