Well, he's gone and already published some 10 novels.  That's quite impressive, and he's only getting started.

Mistborn is my favorite novel of his, inclusive of Way of Kings. However, I have no doubt Stormlight Archive will become his best series.

I would vote scribbler, but I've only read like 5 chapters, which doesn't seem like enough to justify it.

Of his others, Mistborn wins without question, though like Chaos says, I have no doubt Stormlight Archive will be my favorite in a few years. I don't know how it will hold up against Dragonsteel, though, which is the only other series of Brandon's that I can see challenging Stormlight archive for top honors in my heart, but hey.....it wouldn't be the first time Brandon's surprised me.

Mistborn: TFE wins for me. I haven't read WoK or any of his unreleased works, so we'll see if this changes when I get around to those. TFE lands somewhere in my top ten overall. Probably.

I agree with Sort, Mistborn is easily my favorite.

However, I won't try to argue that it's "better" than the little nibble we've had of the stormlight archives. Given everything I've read of his, WoK is so far probably what i would say is his "Best" novel to date, but that doesn't make it my favorite.

I just love Hero of Ages so much.  When I finished reading it, I wanted to mail it to Rowling so she could know how to finish a series.

Way of Kings. Not close for me and I did love the mistborn trilogy.

Way of Kings, no hesitation.
I loved Mistborn too, but WoK is just huge.
Can't wait for Stormlight 2!

As of now I've never read the Alcatraz novels or Scibbler, so my honest answer has to be Way of Kings. I predict that Scribbler will likely top it when I get around to reading it. This is mostly because the better characterization.
