Crew Poll flash

I light of how wacky and cool this group of polls are I've decided to do a little thing.  this is just the first version, I plan on cleaning up things.  Also I plan on adding a text box to the side. I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with it, I just know that it would be cool to have text that appeared when your mouse rolls over a character.  also it's 1 mg, mainly because of sounds.
 Also Mulder has yet to be included.
