the elite squad does special missions. The ones on the out-most periphery are the grunts. And it's not impressive that they didn't catch you if they didn't try.

So I was dealing with a women who wanted to be a picture frame. So this picture frame had been INTENTIONALLY antiqued and distressed to achieve the shabby-chic look. Because of this the woman wanted a discount claiming the frame was damaged.  ???
