I asked her again last night, and I was right--Purcellvill (or however it's spelled). She says it's nice. It's certainly rural--I can't ever get her on her cell phone when she's at home.

So almost an hour 45 minutes away... maybe more w/ traffic.

it's not that far.

Its 20 miles north and west of Leesburg!!! 20 more miles and you'll be in Martinsburg WV.

yeah, but in time. I can (and did) get from Purcellville home in 1.5 hours, and that's skirting around the city. Going straight into DC, it'd be shorter.

Of course, with rush hour traffic, there IS no short time.

Hum.  How close is that place to Tyson's Corner?  I've got several good friends there, and I make my way that direction about once every year or so.

Springfield is where i live, Arlington is Jeffe's home. DC is just off the map on the right at the top, Purcellville is on the other side of Leesburg (the map isn't too scale, but it'd give you even less of a picture where things are if I put Purcelleville on that map). Tyson's Corner is a LOT closer to Jeffe and me than Leesburg and environs, which in turn is a little closer to us than Purcellville.

yeah Tysons is like a 20 minute drive for me,... just as close to go there as it is to go to Springfield...
