However, "People Are Stupid" got me a quarter-tuition scholarship...

Of course. The academic elite LOVE it when other academics talk about how stupid non-academics are.

...

Ahem.

I am, of course, not jaded in the slightest.

Actually, I was calling everyone stupid in that essay. XD

Last night at a church activity, we played Human Foosball. You know, like the table game foosball with the soccer players that you control on the bars and such? Yeah, a life-size version, kind of. Anyway, the two people on either side of me kept taking every single ball that came my way that was even remotely possible for them to take.

Now, this was frustrating because it made me feel useless to the team, however, I can deal with uselessness. What I cannot deal with is when the ball comes up and starts coming down practically directly over my head, making for a perfect head-butting shot, and when I go to do just that, I find that the guy next to me had the same idea.

I have black eye now. Only, it's a black eye where the bruise is only on the eyelid, and a little bit above it, making my eyelid droop. And it hurts like heck. Especially when I sneeze. And what makes it worse is that the guy didn't even apologize. He just pretty much went on playing and then looked over, smiling, and said 'Is that where I hit you?' pointing to my head....

While I'm excited to be moving into a new fancy schmancy house in two weeks, our current house STILL hasn't sold, which means we need to bump the price to even lower than what we bought it for 4 years ago in order to get it sold. GRRRR.

Speaking of... this assignment is slowly but surely wearing away at whatever scraps of soul I have left... and because of it, I know more about Twilight than I ever wanted to....

*twitches*

Speaking of, I'm gonna call Robert Pattinson (just threw up a little) 'Bob' from now on...

Disappeared for a month+ again. Note that I didn't have internet until about two weeks ago, but still. I miss the forums. Also, 14 pages of unread topics when I came back.

I haven't unpacked all of my crap yet. My brother is living with me and looks down on me as much as (if not more than) the rest of my family. Ah well, hopefully I'll be out of state next semester.

Doctor's appointment Friday, dentist appointment Monday. :(

OTOH, I had a breakthrough on the novel (thanks in part to Chaos Theories II), so there's something. Also, Disneyland on Saturday!

Are you apprenticed to a paperwright?

Hah. Poor schmuck. BYU doesn't even do spring break. I'm grumpy that other people get a week off in March and I don't.

I'm grumpy because someone's doing something to my e-mail account. But I don't know exactly what or how to stop it. They keep spamming my contacts with e-mails but there's no trace of it in my sent messages, which I have set to save every message that is sent from my e-mail. I doubt changing my password will change anything, since I'm about 99% sure that they don't have the password. Unless they really did hack it, and didn't try to phish for it....I hope I don't have to delete my account. That would sad. I've had it since I was in 7th grade....
