@Renoard: I don't think my nose is quite that impressive. ::)

Current source of grumpiness - having songs that you wrote stuck in your head is pretty much the worst thing ever.

Hah! Can't say I have that problem.

Speaking of which...you really need to let us know when we can hear your stuff. I love big band music (Royal Crown Revue being my favorite).

I'm grumpy...Actually, I'm in a pretty good mood right now. Call me in an hour when I'll be unpacking the piles of junk in my room and complaining that my desk was designed by little people for little people. I'll have to post pictures, just because you need to see this to believe it.

I was diagnosed dyslexic when I was 12.  I can assure you that Dslexia doesn't directly affect the ability to spell, read or learn.  It accepts perception of text.  It respondes quite well to concentrating harder, as long as someone helps you understand what's going wrong in the first place.  There are work-arounds.  You might well be dyslexic Kaz.  :P

I'll let you know when some of the big band's samples go live.

I also do my own music seperate from the BB, which I was referring to . I might try writing some original songs for the Big Band thougnh, if I can wrap my head around the genres well enough to do it. :D

So I spent about 40 minutes in traffic yesterday trying to get to my local bookstore (which is about 2 miles from my house) so I could by HoA in paperback, only to find out that they did not have it. And my car got flooded Monday morning.

Ouch! I'd be grumpy, too.

I've never actually written anything in the swing style (which is odd considering how much of it I sing/play/listen to). I think I'm going to try writing swing and a bunch of other styles of music over the summer and see what happens... I don't really write for any particular genre of music, but most of my stuff ends up as kind of rootsy/country/alternative.

This is really only minorly grumpy, but...yeah. While riding bikes yesterday, I got soaked clear though all of my clothes because the rain was pouring so hard....It was bad. Also, my bronchitis that I THOUGHT I had gotten rid of may have returned. Which sucks even more....But oh well.

Good news (since I don't have time to go to the good news thread....) is I'm going to Dublin today! I'm so excited!

Sorry about your bronchitis, Wilson.  I know you were hoping to ditch it before your trip.

So apparently I spent $115 somewhere yesterday and it comes across my bank statement as CHKCARDBOOT BARN ORANGE CAUS . . . . . I have no idea what that is and didn't spend anywhere near that much money in one place yesterday . . . or any day in the past 6 months aside form my phone bill, which I always pay with cash. . . .
