Yes! Warbreaker is awesome.  But be careful.  Because of piracy there are many bad copies of it out there.   If you get one that doesn't talk about the white buffalo you've got a decoy copy and should be careful because the publishers put a self-hypnosis algorithm in it that will cause you to do bad things and maybe get thrown in jail.  Because then you can't pirate anymore books if you're in jail.

But you CAN plagiarize short stories if you're in jail.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

It isnt an earlier book.  It is a newer book.  It is being released next summer.  If you want to read his earliest published book, read Elantris.

Warbreaker is good stuff.  Once it has gone through all the polishing and final edits, it will stand nicely with his other novels.

I've been thinking about reading that. I just didn't know if to go for the free audio or wait till summer when it comes ou tin book form.
Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

This thread is really going places, I can tell.  ;D

As for Warbreaker, it will be interesting to see what the final round of edits does to it. Draft 6.1 feels like it's missing something that I can't quite put my finger on, and I'm not talking about the typos. A part of me wishes I'd waited for the final draft, while another part thinks it will be interesting to see the difference between the draft and final product.
