same here. We always get a huge slab of corn beef (not canned, obviously) and cook it up on st. patty's day.

Also, there's an irish pub right near my house that makes a very excellent Reuben sandwich, that I go to often to partake of.

Not too hard, mainly fill a pot with your corn beef brisket, potatoes, cabbage and water. You can also add things like garlic, crushed peppercorns, salt, and whatever else you like to taste, and simmer it for practically ever. It's usually like 50 minutes per pound of corn beef. Takes forever but it's so worth it. Honestly it's probably one of the easiest things to make.
