Does it have a chapter bump at the beginning? (I don't have a copy of that paperback.)

(Humm. Looking at my old manuscript, the Spook chapter was chapter 14. That's an interesting chapter number to preview...though it could have been moved somewhere earlier.)

Anyway, the chapter 4 chapter bump was an important one.

Maybe past tense is just something writers get into the habit of doing :P

And Ookla, the Spook chapter definitely didn't have a bump. I can't tell you more, because I've lent that copy of Mistborn out so much (and bought some for others) that I don't even remember who has it.

In the past he has said the chapter 4 bump is the one where we get to find out who is writing the annotations this time around.  :D :D We know its not Rashek, but other than that...  :D  :D

I said "was" because it was a very old draft and Brandon could have changed things and moved chapters/bumps around.

The chapter begins with the line "SPOOK FLARED TIN." and yes it was in all caps. There was no bump. Cool chapter though.

Also Rhuan if we all wanted to create threads with no relevance and try to be funny we would have a board full of crap. There are other parts of the forum where you can post things like this, like maybe i dunno "Everything Else" or "Rants and Stuff".
