Yesterday George Carlin died. I don't know who around here was a fan of his, but I loved his standup and the movies he was in.

I even grew up with him on Thomas the Tank Engine as the Conductor.

Came to look as see if someone had already posted this.  Was sad to hear it.  Guy was dang funny.  All the way to the end.  Sign of one of the greats.

It was always a joy to listen to a comic who could sound both intelligent and vulgar at the same time. George was a rare bread unto himself, he will be forever missed.
