Ha! I knew it. This triology deserves some time on the silver screen. "This Christmas, ash will fall from the sky." Love it.

BUT what's with Lohan?? Come on, people! That's like the wimpy, doe-eyed Katie Holmes as Batman's love interest. blahhh.

Lord Ruler and Lady Protractor were off on vacation, thus the angles running amok.

Frankly, I think we're lucky Lohan got to it before Holmes did. Can you imagine Tom Cruise as the Lord Ruler? Or Khelsier? That would be horrible.

I hope they get David Boreanaz for Zane.  He's at his best when he's being beat up by little girls.

"Plucky street urchin"...."mist mini-skirt"...."Danny Devito and Tony Danza"....

Man this is going to be fantastic! Although, the main question is will it be better than the Dungeons and Dragons movie starring Marlon Wayans?

Oh my....this is good :) I love it, and yes, Boreanz would be perfect for Zane. ;) But, Lindsey?? Priceless.

Can't wait to see Ginger Rogers, circa 1936, in all her glory.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

Awesome! I can't wait. But if David Boreanaz is Zane, then James Marsters has to be Kelsier.

I was SO excited...

...Until I realized that it's April Fool's Day. I mean, come on. Lindsay Lohan as Vin? Yeah right. Also, I can't find anything on Lionsgate actually announcing this.

I... really hate for being the person to post this.

Oh my God! This is awesome!!

Someone ring up Nathan Fillion! He NEEDS to be Kelsier.

Lohan? Really..that might ruin it....but I said the same for Shia Lebouf in Transformers and he pulled it off really well...but I don't think he was high/stoned during the filming...

I want to know what Mr. Sanderson thinks of all this!

Thank heavens that this (I HOPE) isn't real.  Lindsey Lohan is horrible and she would completely ruin everything good about Mistborn--although I would be happy for Brandon because a movie would mean big bucks.  ICK LINDSEY LOHAN?!?!?

I'd probably see it anyways, though if it was real hahaha--sadly...

**EDIT**

Ok so I actually read the article through (before I just saw Lindsey Lohan's name and didn't bother to continue), and it's hilarious.  Props to whoever wrote that.  I love the Lohan quote--sounds just like her. :D

I actually think the cast sounds pretty good. Christopher Lloyd and Danny Devito as Clubs and Ham? That's gold. All we need now is Andy Kaufman as Spook.

If Bronson Pinchot is the Lord Ruler, he should have to do all his speaking parts in the Balky voice from Perfect Strangers. :D  Come on, people! The Mist Thong?  LOL!!  Fellfrosch = Win.

Ladka as Spook?  I think Breeze would be better.  Try reading one of his lines in the book using that accent.  Priceless.

They couldn't use Tony Danza because there is no one named Tony in the Mistborn series.
I wanted to write something profound here, but I couldn't think of anything.
