Oh yes, that.

Of course you have permission. If you wish to have a name, use Slichen, as that is my deviant art account name - and my deviant art page is perhaps the closest thing I had to a website.

I'm new but I'll toss my 2 cents in as well!
I love Mistborn

I have no idea how to post the picture up but here is a link...

Fan Art: Scribbler
« Reply #92 on: November 18, 2007, 08:23:42 PM »

Just thought I would throw up one of the concept sketches I did for Scribbler this morning while on vacation. I have a series of sketches I created, but I am holding off on posting them because I am modeling them in Max.
Now you've got all the ones with beards on one side and all the
moustaches on the other.

Should the chalkings be standing up like that? I pictured them as sliding along the floor in 2-D.

I like the composition though. Creepy.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

Yeah, I started off withe them flat but they didn't look very good from that distance, I thought about putting some closer but figured it would be faster sketching out with them standing up.

Nice. I like the angle. Although I few things look off, like the door.

What program are you using?

I just sketched it up in Photoshop.

VERY nice atmosphere on that. Like Ookla said, the chalkings should probably be 2D on the floor, but other than that little detail, it's exceptional for a little sketch.

A gift for Sanderson!
« Reply #98 on: November 26, 2007, 05:20:30 AM »
Alrighty, so here's a gift for ya, Brandon, cause I consider all fan art gifts to the author, it's the best way an artist has of saying 'Thanks for writing an awesome book!"

Anyway, Vin from Mistborn (and I promised myself I wouldn't draw Vin, too.)

This may be odd, but the thing I like most about fanart here is seeing everyone's interpretations of what a mistcloak looks like. Nice art, Shi.

I like the flakes of ash and intense sky too.
Lord Ruler and Lady Protractor were off on vacation, thus the angles running amok.

Ooh! I love it! Very nicely done; I love how the reddish-ness to everything makes it look.

Very nice.  People often focus a lot on the mists, which is great--but I've wanted for some time to see some ashen sky pictures.  Thanks!

Yes, and thank you.  Man, there are so many great fanart posts.  I really need to get a fanart section on my website up and running.

Mistborn Art again
« Reply #104 on: December 01, 2007, 07:53:34 PM »
To avoid necroposting, I made a new thread.

I felt like doing some Mistborn art today, but I didn't have enough time to do a full picture or anything. So I just doodled for a while and colored some of it.

It's rather huge, so I won't even post a thumbnail.
Doodles

There are some minor spoilers for Well of Ascension, I think - but they don't make any sense anyway unless you know what the drawings are, so you'd have to have read the book.  So I'm not sure if they really are spoilers.
