Sheesh, Nessa, you should've made EUOL read his own book review article thingie to find out what the reporter did or didn't mention. (sigh) Now he'll never learn to do stuff for himself!  ;)

Anyhow, one of the comments that stood out to me was from EUOL's super ninja agent:

"It was clear looking at his work that Brandon had more ideas in one book than a lot of fantasy writers have in their entire career," said Bilmes, of JABberwocky Literary Agency.

That's definitely one reason why I always like discussing his books with others who like the genre.

By the by, as for EUOL's "arch nemesis," I am not too impressed. Old Man's War is rather distant and boring in characterization and action, despite the fact that the author had a cool high concept and all. Sure, this is sci fi, but still, after all the hooplah, I was expecting myself to get a lot more caught up in this book. SCAAAAALLLZIE!
Lord Ruler and Lady Protractor were off on vacation, thus the angles running amok.

"The movie of my life must be really low-budget."
