well, that went unusually fast. But then, there were only three of us.

Next week, Peks 6.

No other takers so far, first come, first serve.

Fell, when you coming back?

I hope i'm posting this in the right place.. I'd like to jump in for the second slot this week.. if it's alright with you'uns.

I'll send out my story today.. it's just a short story I wrote last year. I like to write things and then put them away for a while to ferment. Also gives me a chance to step back and take a fresh look later. So this is one that ready to air out and be critiqued. Thanks heaps!

I'd like to know the basics I guess.. does the story make sense? DOes it have good flow or is it too slow? Does anyone see the connection i tried to make between jona's desicion and her father's desicion?

Thanks so much!

gwenny

Instead of apologizing profusely every week, I've decided to just let you know that I'm out the rest of February. Deadline on this class is March 1, so my head will be above water after that.

Tonight, folks. Uhm... I'm thinking it's mostly me and Kije tonight. Which is kinda lonely. Unless Gemm will be joining us. Kije has already given me more comments, so if no one else is going to be there, I'm not staying up for it and you can respond to my questions on the Peks 7 thread.

Well, i'm not staying up, I think.

Dunno, no one seems to be showing up. Are we going to reorganize this? Who's still interested in doing this? I mean in general, like some day.

Phew.  I sat down to watch the West Wing with my wife and completely forgot about it.

I can see how interest has flagged.  Only when we have a community of writers who write regularly enough to submit regularly will we have any kind of continuing cooperation, I think.  Myself excluded.  I like working with other people on their pieces, even if I don't write so often myself.
