Reminder about writer's group this week, on Wednesday at 7pm (MST). Shrain, you gonna send out the submission soon?

*cough* *sniffle* Well, um... Upon my arrival in SLC, my dad seems to have shared his cold with me. Heckuva homecoming present, eh? I've got a sore throat and achey feeling. :P Oh, and my luggage is only just *now* arriving in SLC. bah. Dumb airline. So I won't even have my bags until tomorrow.

So.... I've only written the first page or two of my short story, and I dunno if it's gonna be more than that before early afternoon.  :-[ I t's so frustrating! I guess if I can't beef it up by 1 or 2, then I'll just have to cancel. Sorry folks.

My last three chapters are ready, just in case we don't want to waste the meeting.  ;D ;)

*sigh* Always the opportunist, I see. ;)

Well, I just woke up from a nap.... so if you want to send those chs, it's okay by me. I've got time to read 'em before 7pm. Of course, I don't know if others will be able to read the submission in time. Sorry to throw things off like this.  :-[

Oh well. It's the holidays. Everyone's schedules are all crazy, anyway. Have fun with the family, get better, and I'll see you next week!

*pats* I hope you aren't at work, young lady! you should be at home next to a Kleenex box and a neverending glass of water like I am. Oh, and thanks for the soup. ;)

So what's the plan? I don't want to meet on the 27th (originally not scheduled). Shrain, you want me to stick you in somewhere before your next scheduled submission date? Will you be ready, say, for Jan 3 or 10th? I can re-arrange if necessary.

Err...I'll be on a plane somewhere over the mid-west on Wed. So I guess if we can move it to Thur., I can be there. As for a submission, I have written more of my story (hooray!). But it's still really short.  :P

J, would you care to swap with me??

George was scheduled for this Wednesday. But we missed Shrain last week, and we can haver her do it this Thursday instead, but I think we should give Shrain an extra week to work on stuff, so I'll schedule her for the 10th. The next meetings are the 17th and 24th (I will be out of town for the 24th). But before I assign anyone a day, what's George's schedule? Is he still planning to submit for the 3rd?
