*ponders* Well, let's see. . . . Our first clue is that Sprig posted in EUOL's section. Ergo, he knows something juicy about EUOL, being his brother and all. I'd say it has something to do with a) his writing or b) his personal life.

If a) then perhaps Joshua received an offer for Sands of Alcatraz? Yep, that'd probably be something juicy enough for Sprig to tease us about. If b) then, um . . . maybe it involves a girl and some bling bling? (Hey, sprig said let the rumors begin! ;) Might as well start big. Funner that way.)

Lord Ruler and Lady Protractor were off on vacation, thus the angles running amok.

The only hint I'll give is you're both wrong.

Though EUOL eloping to Vegas would be dang funny.

Aw, shucks! :(

Okay, so my specific scenarios are off the table, but it's gotta be something to do with a) or b).

Oh, oh, I just thought of something! *almost falls out of her chair* Did he get enough nominations for the Campbell award? Wow, that'd be awesome--especially seeing as how I was happy to put him down for that category. :D

Yeah, that's gotta be it. Did I win, Sprig? Did I?

:o Oh ho, now that's just . . . mean. Can't say I saw that one comin'. Vegas and bling bling are one thing, but JP's got the rumor mill on the Atomic Death setting, it appears. whoa

Besides, everybody knows Sprig wouldn't have been able to keep a secret like that for more than five seconds. ;)

Nah, EUOL would never kill his baby, particularly when he's already got a contract for it.

Anyhow, I already knew the world was ending, 42. No big secret there. However, if my Campbell scenario isn't the right one, then I'm betting on some kind of mega foreign contracts for the MISTBORN series courtesy EUOL's Super Ninja Agent. Oh, yeah. Entirely possible--and cool.

Hollywood optioned Elantris.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

Archon, what's this jackal business? Are you obsessed with them like e is obsessed with ninja monkeys or something?
