M. Ward is one of my new favorite musicians that I've recently found. He's got these really great rhythms and lyrics; my favorite track is "Big Boat." If you're online in the next 10-15 minutes I can send it to ya. Good stuff there. Also, Chris Smither's is a great guitarist in the tradition of Dylan, Nelson, Cash, etc, if you might be looking for that.

I suggest you try eMusic and just swim through the catalogue they've got there. I found some good stuff before I quit my trial subscription. You get 25 free tracks to download.

Christmas Music!  Christmas music!  Some of it is so terrible but some of it is pretty good.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

I've recently discovered Imogen Heap.

I happen to love that song (particularly the acoustic version), actually.  Not a big fan of bôa (who have evidently dropped the circumflex the last few years) otherwise.

I've been listening to a lot of Francis Cabrel lately.  I rather enjoy "La corrida" and "Il faudra leur dire".

Madeleine Peyroux - "Don't Wait Too Long"

She is an most awesomely incredible jazz singer. I like her more than Norah Jones, and I think Norah is absolutely lusciousl.

Did you just used the word luscious... LOL that sounds funny from you.
I'm into Celtic Woman right now. They've got amazing voices, and just blow my mind everytime I hear them. It's become a favorite around our house.

technically, I used the word "lusciousl" since I apparently don't know how to type. But "luscious" is what I meant. I'm not sure why it's funny coming from me. I use a lot of words.

I don't know, it's not like I know you or anything, but you just don't seem like a "luscious" speaking person. I think it's more of a man thing. I can't imagine any of the men I know using the word "luscious" in a sentence. Except maybe to refer to a garden or something.
