Texas Chainsaw Massacre
« on: November 20, 2003, 08:22:26 AM »
I've been a huge fan of the original movie. Has anyone seen it's latest incarnation? Is it going to become the cult classic that it's predecessor was?

I have seen it, and its better than the first movie.
That being said, it will not become a cult movie like the first, although it might become emblematic of scary movies to come.

Its gory. but still beliveable...

Well if it's better than the first one, what's gonna stop it from having a cult following?

well cult movies are usually BAD movies with original ideas, (the idea is what makes it fun not the Camp) Good movies or remakes generally arn't as culty
