King Arthur

Decent movie for what it was, historical it was not. 0 research into Saxon culture, and only a cursory interest in British Culture. Also, while freedom plays real well to an American audience, I doubt that the ideals of Jean Jacques Rosseau were that prevelent in the Dark ages...

I liked how there was most of the standard Arthur spells in the story w/o being magic, like the ice breaking and the fog/breath of the dragon.

I liked how Kira Knightly looked legitimately tough... unlike most women in movies, she looked like she could chop off your arm and eat it.

and your point is...

Thats what I thought.

Since the DVD was just released I thought it was a good idea to revive an old topic.

And because Kira is, hot. Mostly bones, but still rather attractive.

I just thought that you didn't know it was there, since I figured if you wanted to revive it you'd just tack on a reply.

I did like this movie, however.  Pretty good.  Did it just come out on DVD?  I should rent it, I did rather enjoy it.

I could have resurrected it, but I made a conscious choice not to.
And yes Kira Knightly is hot.

So is Keira Knightly ;)
She would be the only reason I rent this. It just doesn't look "good", fun? Maybe.

If any lesbians want to come forward and note their approval for Keira Knightley, they are free to do so.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)
