Well, it's a teaser. So, =P At least it's something that moves.

But this link has production images.

Speaking of which, I'm not impressed yet.

The teaser didn't do much for me either. I saw it in the theater and it seems like most of the audience just went "huh?".

yeah, but it's hardly news.

Having not seen the teaser, my opinion is this: that a high budget, refined release of this story into film would be disappointing in a way that I could never recover.

Of course, if it's low budget and crap, that will be even more disappointing.

Karen and I were stoked by the trailer.

What the . . . ?

I thought it kind of weird that Warwick Davis is playing Marvin. But now they've announced that Alan Rickman will be doing Marvin's voice.

Umm. Yeah. What a waste of Alan Rickman's talents. They should have had him play Ford.

Actually, that is pretty cool. I can easily imagine him sounding like the most depressed being in the galaxy.

Alan Rickman will be great as Marvin. Very few people have that kind of voice, and he's mastered it.

I loved these books in high school, but for some reason I'm not really excited about the movie.  I guess my love for the series has gone.

Probably because I'm not around my friend enough who got me into his books.  I remember playing kricket with my friends at school, one day I got brave enough to try it on some kid I didn't know.  It was really funny at the time, guess I just grew out of it.
