However, given the very personable nature of his/her initial post, I'd say that's unlikely. Also, I'd say it's very rude to imply that to someone.

Normal people usually don't say they're from one country and have an IP address from another one several thousand miles away.  We've also had similar one post messages before.I could be wrong though, but I doubt it, nor do I think it's rude to point out the possibility considering the facts.
