HBO works some Etruscan Magic
« on: July 18, 2005, 09:14:11 PM »
On August 28th HBO turns its amazing creative juices on Rome specifically the Rome of Julius Caesar. Im really excited about it because I think HBO can do Rome right and make it a believable place So I plan to do a nice Latin Student review of Rome.

Were you a Latin student?

I really thought about studying Greek--both the language and the ancient culture--for awhile. If I'd done humanities, that probably would have been my emphasis. Instead, I just took a Honors Greek Mythology class. It was fun.  :)
