I just watched Shaolin Soccer tonight.  I enjoyed it, but Kung Fu Hustle blows it out of the water, IMHO.  It's rated R, but it really shouldn't be.  Unless you want to rate Looney Tunes R for violence . . .  Go see it.  Very funny, and superbly executed.

As long as you don't mind a bit of cartoonish violence, go for it.  Be warned--the first scene has a leg getting lopped off (very fake looking, though).  After that, it's all pretty silly fun.

I saw LOTR and King Kong, after that, I don't think there is very much none ultra-gorey violence that can get to you.

Those savages are creepy.

But, yes, big difference in a comedy, I think I'll go grab it sometime, maybe for the weekend.

There you have it, just another nail in the coffin.

It's ok.. everytime I visit various sites, I note that most English/American schooled kids can't do it either.

Equilibrium was a fun movie that was also largely overlooked.
And therefore, since I cannot prove a lover
To entertain these fair well-spoken days,
I am determined to prove a villain
And hate the idle pleasures of these days.

Indeed, I have to agree.  Equilibrium is one of my all time favorites.  If only it wheren't R
Kung pow: the legend continues was HORRIBLE/WONDERFULL/ALL OF THE ABOVE.  Steve Oedekerk did a wonderfull job with it.

I just saw Equilibrium a week or so ago.  Very nice flick--I especially liked the Gun-fu they had going there.
