Halloween...
« on: October 03, 2005, 11:56:05 AM »
It'd be nice to have some creepy articles to run that day. Since Halloween is a monday, We may just do that day, instead of the week previous, as usual. Anyway, if you see a movie or read something that we could use 4 weeks from now, please let me know. okithx.

Right now I'm thinking Day. If we get a bunch of articles, I'll work out a week schedule.  Or maybe even do weekend posting leading up to it.

-- I'm going to have to decide on a good comic to review, since it will be a Page 33 day.

Either that or talk about EC comics, the Seal of Approval, and the pogram of comics creators in the 60s
Guess I can finally get to a couple items of research I've been meaning to read.

Don't we need to do something for Halloween on the 31st and All-Saints-Day on the 1st?

I don't know why we'd suddenly start celebrating All Saint's Day.

Though I have an X-Man comic with that title, so it'd be easy to do a review.

I'm re-reading the book Sabriel by Garth Nix. It's pretty creepy, with all the necromancy and violent undead. Although I don't know if that transfers well into a book review, but--if you want it--I can have a book review for Halloween. A creepy book review.  ;)

I have Hecatomb, thanks to Stacer, and that would be perfect. I'll make sure to play it and get a review in by Monday.

I submitted an article for Halloween. I didn't really place it in a department, but feel free to do so.
