Woo Hoo!  My name in print!
« on: January 16, 2005, 03:22:18 PM »
Picked up the Castle And Crusades PHB to find that my group got listed as playtester credits.

Not much, but enough to get me to buy the book.  Woo Hoo!

Seeing your name in print for the first time is always cool. The first time is usually when you actually want to have your name associated with the book. If you stay in the publishing biz, well then you find your name being lent out to any publication that is just trying to build a reputation. Or at least trying to hide the fact that 99% of the project workers were monkeys.

If they were given an infinite number of typewriters, those monkeys might come up with something really good.

would being psionic make him more or less decisive? I mean, he could find out pretty quickly who was lying to him and so forth, maybe even use telepathy to tell Ophelia that he's not crazy so she doesn't go all batcrap crazy herself.

I think any point he had was eclipsed by the phrase "all batcrap crazy"

While the definition of the noun is handy to astronomers, I believe the definition of the verb is more relevant: "to reduce in importance or repute"

actually, my definition was from a car commercial. They had a hot chick walk in front of their car. I thought it was fairly witty, if a bit materialistic.
