Anyone else got this book yet?  I know 42 wanted to at least check it out.

There's some pretty cool stuff in it, including a lot of options for multiclass characters.

I think this book beats out any other WotC suppliment for multiclassing stuff and extended skill stuff.  And I own most of them, so I can compare.

I already got a review copy. At first I was hesitant, but then I remembered that Races of Destiny (review coming soon) had some INCREDIBLY cool stuff in it, despite the fact that the concept sounds really... lame.... so I'll give it a read soon and write a review.

So Races of Destiny turned out pretty good? That's good to hear. When I applied for an RPG editor with them they sent me a clip of it to work on, and it was seriously dumb.

Do you have Races of Stone as well, or do you want me to do that one?

I don't have stoned races.

Let me be clear, my review will make a distinction between "having really incredibly cool stuff" in it and it being a good book.  A huge chunk of it is incredibly boring and useless. However, the coolest prestige class ever made, imo, is included, and it's balanced enough that it shouldn't be a problem for almost any DM to include. That's part of what makes it cool. It has nifty abilities and concepts, but it's not a game breaker.

I have Races of Stone.  Its better than Races Of Destiny... which is alright, but somehow it only feels like half a book.
