favorites anyone?
« on: November 09, 2005, 05:35:23 AM »
a stupid question for a stupid thread, but i wondered what everyone's favorite race in D&D is?  to play or just in general.  Also why is it your favorite?

Mine is probably dwarf to play, probably because i relate to them the most.  maybe it is just my dwarvish nose and my love for gems and being in my room, that happens to be underground, and i seem to be shorter than all my friends.  "watch yer beck"!!(all you WoW should know that phrase)

the nightwalkers look pretty cool as a non-player race. Also finger of death is just cool.
everything was going fine, until i critically failed my intelligence check!

oh, just re-reading my post, WoW in that instance stands for world of warcrafters.  so i don't get any gripes about the grammar or anything.

Just choosing from the races in the player's handbook, then it would be human.  Orcs and half-orcs are cool, but they have crappy stats.  I mostly like nature-based and muscle-based characters.

War trolls and glooms are awesome too.  And giants and half-giants, and werewolf lord/Crinos, and dragons.

That looks like a gay mushroom.  I'm talking about this guy, from the Epic Level Handbook.

They could beat up a young dragon, but the dragon would probably just fly away before it got killed.  An adult or older dragon would be ablet o kill it, so the behir would probably just run away if a dragon tried taking over its home.

You know Cyan there is an edit button if your posts are with in a short period of time it would be appreciated if you'd just add points to your post instead of double posting.  It's no fun to read a topic where someone just posts constantly in a row.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

I've always been partial to Half-Elves, but I haven't done much with 3 or 3.5

Humans are fun, but I really like Dwarves.

Halflings can be fun...or fun to make fun of...well they can just be fun.
