Minor changes, but necessary.

I'm not a big fan of the rule of 3 in Mage Knight, but ading it to Heroclix makes the game more balanced and the powers more consistently interpretable. I'm impressed.

I can see how without the rule of three things could be easily get out of hand. Course, I don't have enough figures collected yet to have been a able to abuse the old rules.
