Bob Stupak is the most retarded developer ever. Unfortunately, he has a lot of money, so he starts a lot of projects that tend to make Vegas uglier. However, his most famous project is the stratosphere tower (which was a project to proove that the casino operators and financiers actually have more power than the FAA in Vegas).
