Question is, does it have picture of the eldar gods? Because, you know, if you see them you go insane. It'd be a low selling CCG if everyone that bought a booster went into the asylum afterwards.

Promethius, I command you to send your spies into this 'FANTASY FLIGHT GAMES' and find out the dirt!

[EDIT] Since there is a website at http://www.cthulhuccg.com/ for the CCG, I guess your spies can just go there and read the demo rules.

actually, if the insanity it cause was compulsive purchasing, it'd be a good marketing method. I mean, they'd be standing right there. Looking at CoC cards, and here they need to buy more. There'd be one in every pack

bzzz, wrong!  It's abnormality not pervert.  The reason they use it for perverted comes from the word hentaiseiyoku, which means abnormal sexuality.  And abnormal is like being perverted in some way (not sick, but twisted)  So basicaly in the form that you've been useing it is slang for perverted.

Just haveing too much fun with this.  The kanji are
1)unusual; change; strange
2) body; form

so now you know.  And knowing is half the battle.

Well, in English, Pervert used as a verb means to change something, usually for the worse, with the sexual thing being a connotation onto it.

So it's kinda close.
