Star Wars TCG: Revenge of the Sith

Read it here: http://www.timewastersguide.com/view.php?id=1036

I bemoan the lack of cool deckbuilding and multiplayer, but as a fast-paced duel this is pretty cool.

Because I forgot to put one. Is that so wrong?

I can't believe they still make this game.  I bought into it a little when it first came out, but wasn't impressed.  I heard of one or two expansion and then nothing for a few years...

Guess it's still alive, eh?

Sad to think that the Decipher SW CCG had to end because of this.

I've mostly gotten over my sadness for Decipher's version, in large part because WARS is so cool. Like I said in the review, the WotC version is unabashedly simpler and aimed a little younger, but they have jazzed it up quite a bit over the course of about ten expansions, and it's really grown into something fun. It's not as deep as the old game, but it's not trying to be, and it does a lot of things very well.

Bumping an old thread since this doesn't warrant a new one.  Looks like Wizards axed SW TCG, its in the same realm as the RPG, ie 'Indefinite Hold'.

That's lame to the max. Well, maybe not all the way to the max, but still lame.

Here's to wishing they'd give it back to Decipher.

Assuming Decipher ever publishes anything ever again.
